Fellow millennials, eat your heart out! I know I am! Just dreaming of this avocado toast from Harbinger. What made it so delightful? Garlic roasted cashews, tahini, and herb medley is what set it apart from other avocado toasts. And I’ve had quite a few. .
But avocado toast isn’t just delicious, it’s also nutritious and makes me feel ambitious!😂(When I was growing up my family always use to say that little rhyme when we were eating something yummy! Honestly, we still say it!)
Avocados are loaded with potassium (more than a banana!), heart healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber, protein, antioxidants, folate, and more! Cashews are also a heart healthy “good” fat, excellent for bone health because of the calcium, magnesium, and potassium present, and are one of the healthiest nuts around!
