I found out that: 🔸Found out I do not have a genetic clotting disorder 🔸Lung test shows I don't have permanent lung damage from the pulmonary embolism blood clots 🔸Have an ETA of August to be off blood thinners 🔸No longer showing any signs of asthma 🔸Finally stopped feeling sick from starting Metformin Finally back in the gym, working my way towards deadlifting 405 💪🏼 at New York, New York

Lil update: I weight about 116 (something like that) I feel 120 😂 But I also feel super muscular! I’m squatting 225lbs every time I hit legs. I can now bench my own body weight (which I only have ONE pectoral muscle so to me that’s freakin astonishing) I feel great though honestly. Part of me misses my extremely cut abs but I’m a woman and I too enjoy cookie butter spread a little too often 🤷🏽‍♀️ . . . ▫️Point is, enjoy yourselves. Enjoy your journey. Enjoy your body. Knee control ________________ On the step downs I’ve been really focusing controlling the movement to help improve the stability. I’ve also been trying to sit back and hinge better on the right side. Things have been gradually improving and I was really happy with the reps today. Movement difficulty is gradually decreasing as with the pain! Another awesome day at the gym today! Man idk why the last 2 days have been awesome but I'm not gonna complain. I mean I usualy do some leg presses at the end of my workout to finish off, and I usualy do 120lb for 4 sets of 8 and then I'm dead. But today since I felt so good I tried 160 and did 15 reps easy so kept upping the weight. Kept going up till I ended my 4th set at 10 reps of 230lb lmfao... Huge difference but idk why haha. What a day, 3hr session today, I don’t think I’ve ever been this exhausted before physically in my life. Warmed up with a 220 lbs stone to shoulder and some beer, hit 600lbs on squat raw raw with the stiffest bar in the entire world, what a grinder, 615lbs on dead’s another grinder I was beyond exhausted at this point, then paused 470lbs on bench with ease, went for 500lbs after paused and almost got it but I’ll get that done soon enough.
