Aging is accompanied by a gradual reduction in physical function that negatively affects the ability to perform activities of daily living. #mondaymotivation Mit meinem Posting gestern kamen auch etliche Fragen zu meiner Diät, meinem Training, etc. Ich bin mit 15 mit Hashimoto (Schilddrüsenkrankheit) diagnostiziert worden und das war dann auch irgendwie der Zeitpunkt an dem ich angefangen hab dutzende Diäten auszuprobieren - von einer Low Carb Diät bis hin zu Stoffwechselkuren war so ziemlich alles dabei. Mittlerweile bin ich 21 und hab schon etliche Jojo-Effekt Fallen mitgemacht 🤦🏻‍♀️ Im Februar dieses Jahres hab ich die Ausbildung zum Trainer gestartet und mein neues Wissen natürlich an mein Training und meine Ernährung angepasst und so einen Weg gefunden, der für mich ideal ist. Ich hab mit Kcal und Makros regelrecht jongliert bis sich eine Diät nicht mehr zwangsläufig wie eine Diät angefühlt hat, ich genehmige mir ab und zu Ausnahmen und wenn mein Körper (besonders an stressigen und fordernden Tagen) nach Nahrung schreit, dann quält mich kein schlechtes Gewissen mehr, wenn ich mal bisschen mehr esse (ich hatte sehr lange richtige Gewissensbisse wenn ich über meine Kcal gegangen bin, heute denk ich mir ‘bist du halt heute nur 150kcal im Defizit anstatt 300kcal’ halb so wild!) Long Story Short: momentan esse ich rund 1750kcal; unterteilt in 99g net carbs, 144g Proteine und 86g Fett (wobei ich ehrlicherweise immer über die Proteine schieße und mir schwer tue auf meine Fette zu kommen 🤦🏻‍♀️). Training sieht bei mir momentan folgendermaßen aus: 2x Oberkörper die Woche - 1x Push, 1x Pull; 2x Unterkörper die Woche - Fokus auf Glutes; Poledance und Cardio nach Lust und Laune an den Tagen ohne fixem Workout; Bauch ist bei jedem Gymbesuch dabei, egal ob OK, UK oder Cardio trainiert wird ☺️☝🏼 Wie sieht’s bei euch so aus? I get asked quite a bit how I get my legs so big. Firstly, I am not scared to push heavy, and secondly, I've been training for 10 years, dont expect results overnight. I get the "how do i get legs like yours in 3 months" ...dude, fuck right out of here. 🖕😏 I mix it up. Some sessions are heavy weight, low reps, others are lower weight, high reps and I also do alot of supersets and HIIT training like burpees, box jumps and sprints. Petite séance à la maison, c'est le programme de @____victoire. J'essaie de le durcir un peu, je rallonge les séries (heu pas sur les fentes par contre) je diminue les temps de pause et ma foi, c'est bien assez pour moi. C'est un petit circuit de 4 exercises qu'on répète 4 à 6x selon la forme. So here is another quad workout that I have been doing lately. This one has your quads sore for sure. ➡️warm up: pretty simple just to get your lower body warmed up. ➡️weighted split squats 12x4 ➡️super set (perform exercises with no breaks): cable squats x12 jump squats x10 (do this for 3 sets) ➡️ pyramid set (go down 2 reps for each set): 12,10,8,6 ➡️elevated sumo squats: 12x4 ➡️calf raises: 15x3 *i know my form isn’t perfect but improving day by day.
