Like I said in my last post you can easily switch our new front squat machine to a dip machine. Since I’ve had my arm day this morning I gave it a shot for heavy dips with 80kg on that chain. It’s not the same like you’d just put the weights on the chain and just dip with the weights between your legs, but you can go much heavier. 💠 Fête des Mères 💠 Comment je pourrai ne pas aimer cette femme qui m'a donné la vie, m'a élevé et a fait de moi l'homme que je suis. Je ramene le sujet à la musculatio (je suis incorrigible😜) En musculation, il y a un gros facteur génétique qui rentre en jeu. You also got bodyparts that are better than others.⁣ ⁣ 2) In my early years of training I was doing a lot of programs from @bodybuildingcom . One of them was the @schwarzenegger Blueprint to Mass, I remember doing 8 Sets with 10-12 reps with 80% of my Max. It’s been a while 1️⃣1️⃣0️⃣s. High Incline dumbbell press. Finally breaking through the struggles with chest. Start off with 5️⃣0️⃣s with an increase of 1️⃣0️⃣s every set. End goal is 3️⃣-4️⃣reps with max. 7th set was too exquisite 🤤 let’s go 🤙🏽
