CELERIACKERS are crackers made with celeriac aka celery root. They're low starch, taste great with caraway, and sour extremely well. This was my first time making crackers with fermented grain and also the first time using ground flax seed. Twas a smashing success! 1st img: pile of crackers after their dehydration phase (first baked at 300 and then dehydrate in oven or dehydrator) 2nd img: handwritten recipe draft (dm or comment to get it typed out!) This recipe should easily adapt to more commonly available flours, like cassava instead of celeriac, and almond instead of sunflower/pepita. Some things have to happen quickly now. We just sowed our squashes the other day and are really excited about the varieties that we’ve got this year.
