When the last time you did these it was at 97.5kg and you were sick as a dog so the boss drops them to 75kg & they moved like the sweetest peanut butter ever. 🥰 4x5 and I loved every one of them. Feeling like deads might become bae again at some point soon. It’s hard as shit when you’ve lost so much weight & a weight that you should be able to do feels like 3x that. W sumie jeszcze nie ochłonęłam, ale już wracamy i mam czas. To były zdecydowanie moje najlepsze zawody. I wcale nie chodzi o gotowość fizyczną, a psychiczną. Budowałam tą mentalność długo. I dopiero na tych zawodach udało mi się ją w pełni zaimplikować. W nominacjach byłam trzecia. Po ważeniu i zgłoszonych openerach byłam druga z 10kg przewagą w totalu mojej przeciwniczki. Czasem wystarczy 1-2 zdania żeby odmienić całkowicie tok myślenia. Tego dnia moja głowa była silniejsza niż moje ciało. To było niesamowite uczucie. Od początku do końca byłam WARRIOR a nie WORRIER, czyli to czego uczę się już tak długo. Mojej przeciwniczce nie udało się mnie złamać mimo próby zagrywek na ciągach. Z tego jestem dumna i to dzięki temu wygrałam. Bo psychicznie byłam tego dnia nie do złamania. Dziękuję @tessmer_t @barbellbrothers_pl za budowanie tego we mnie tak długo. Dziękuję @zenjaskiniowca za to jedno zdanie które zmieniło wszystko. . Ale wiecie co? Ja jeszcze nie skończyłam 😏 (choć póki co ledwo się ruszam 😅)

Woke up today and felt unsatisfied with myself, then I compared some old pics to current ones. The first pic is from last year, the second from this past May, & the third from last night. I humbled myself so quickly and realized that I’ve come a long way with trying to gain mass and working on my upper body more than anything. This showed me to trust the process and keep at it no matter the circumstances. Believe in yourself even when the odds might be against you. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint and anything worth having isn’t gonna come easy. We’ve all made the mistake of unevenly loading the bar. We usually go, “oh fuck,” and fix it. But what if we leave it uneven? What happens then? . Try purposefully loading the bar with a 10 pound weight difference on one side. Man, it taxes the nervous system in a way you might be uncomfortable with, but it’s so much fun and challenging. . I didn’t use clips, but that might be a good idea, if you aren’t sure of your strength or core stabilization. . Only rule: Don’t fall over! 😂😂😂 . Squats are still at 285lbs. Also they have been a real pain lately.. & plus I had zero motivation last week.. - I have been working on 295lbs for 3 days & yesterday when I finally thought I had it.. I didnt. .when I was pushing up,the weights was like "SIKKEEEEEE" 🤣. to be honest I'm not mad at all. I made progress. The first time I tried to squat 295lbs I only lift the bar from the squat rack and put it back .. the 2nd time I had it off the rack about to squat it but couldn't push it up.. now 3rd I was so close. - I'll get there soon...💪 - I like sharing my fail moments to show that's not always easy to get where I am.
