Follow @workout.in.gym This is something I see pretty often in the gym and I cringe every single time I see it.⠀ By @nattyknowledge.⠀ -⠀ You should not hyperextend your lower back when you deadlift. I don’t remember Incline Bench being this hard 😂😂😂 Probably doesn’t help that I haven’t done it in over a year. . Actually managed to train two days in a row. Preggo PB!!! Was an interesting session, after incline bench, the round ligament pain kicked in badly. I’ve never had it show up during training and hard to distinguish between “pain” and PAIN. So slowed everything down and took about an hour to finish everything. Just one huge learning curve. . . I had a great chest workout with @alex.18__ . Did some working sets with 200 lbs and did some working sets with 220 just so I could get back to the strength I used to have before the cut I did. . Here's a clip of me getting 9 reps I think with 75s. I used to 90s for reps but, if you decide to cut, you're going to lose mass and strength. That's just how it is. Other than that I'm almost satisfied with what I got on the dumbell press and even more happy about getting 220 lbs on bench for 2 reps, even tho it is a smith machine. Aerobica + Pesi Dopo un mese di uscite, 3/4 uscite a settimana, inizia a salire una certa stanchezza mentale nel fare sempre lo stesso percorso e la stessa attività tutte le volte. Decido così di integrare le uscite di corsa con dell'allenamento muscolare. Chiedo aiuto a quello che sarebbe diventato mio coniato (@filippo_tobbi_osteopath ), che ai tempi studiava scienze motorie, per darmi qualche consiglio su come iniziare ad allenarmi. Acquisto a poco prezzo del materiale base, una postazione per la panca piana, un bilanciere ed un set di manubri con dischi intercambiabili, tutto Decathlon. Inizio così i primo wo lavorando un po' a caso per quel che riguarda serie e ripetizioni ma concentrandomi sull'imparare i movimenti, come indicatomi dal mio trainer. Bastano poche settimane per iniziare ad apprezzare i vantaggi dell'allenamento muscolare, maggiore tonicità muscolare, più forza e nuove sensazioni che mi sfidano. I pesi richiedono concentrazione, quando corri al tuo ritmo "standard" le gambe vanno da sole e la mente vaga altrove, coi pesi non puoi fare la stessa cosa se vuoi lavorare davvero. Devi concentrarti su ogni singola ripetizione, il peso non sale in automatico, devi volerlo. Sono ancora lontano dalle fantastiche sensazioni di "pump" ma l'indolenzimento muscolare e lo sfinimento post allenamento mi danno una soddisfazione particolare.
