This Is Me Happy to be Working Out!
I had to take 2 days off because of my sickness 🤒 but I’m better and still motivated!
I haven’t run 🏃♀️ in several days, but still ran for 15 minutes straight at 12’45/mile. It’s SLOWLY getting easier.
Also, I mostly comfortably overhead pressed 🏋️♀️ 30lbs. I know that’s like nothing, but it’s SOMETHING to me.
Could not for the life of me figure out how to use the assisted dip machine, so just used the seated one. It was still good.
Also, you’ll see in the next pics I got a workout journal 📓 that was HIGHLY recommended. I prefer writing ✍️ my logs, rather than using an app.
AND, I found cute fitness rings to wear to the gym so I don’t feel bad about leaving my real wedding rings at home. I can’t workout in them, I bang my hands around too much.
