Swim 🏊♀️ breathe and enjoy the water. Yep another morning 🙏💎🧘♀️💝
There is this resistance to swim in winter for me ( all in the mind yes, or may be not.🧐) which goes away in warm days. I realized how much I miss my morning routines that incorporate swim, even a short one. I have decided - for the time being- my body loves a little bit of everything and just 10 minutes of swim makes me feel really good. The joy of water, observing the breath, body and the movements in the water. Priceless. .
When you keep saying just 10 min, your mind doesn’t fight back. Makes it easier to begin 👌
Consistency not intensity.
I am thinking as “If I can swim 10 min couple of times a week if not every day for the rest of my life...that’s a better picture than swimming 1 hour in a month” .
My mind perhaps making me say all those lol, but really. .
Whatever we enjoy, better to make it part of daily or weekly routine.. body loves moving. Consistency. Thinking the following decades, not just minutes and days and weeks ahead. We all brush our teeth everyday ( well hopefully). That took some mindset and awareness and training at some point, thanks to our parents. We then can make movements part of every day, whatever the movements we like. So it doesn’t feel like exercising. It’s just part of the day. Like cooking. Resting. Spending time with family & friends. Moving. Moving. Moving. And resting. I finish the practice in therapy pool with conscious relaxation. #therapy pool 👌🙏💕💎
The concept #bluezone is so good to explain this - what I am feeling .🙏 👏
