• PLANK • ➡️ La plancha anaeróbica es un ejercicio isométrico de torso que consiste en mantenerte en una postura estática sobre la punta de tus pies y tus antebrazos o manos contra el piso, concentrando la postura en la zona abdominal. ✅ ¿Cómo saber si lo hago correctamente?
