Iโ€™ve done more reps of pull ups in my life than any other exercise. I recommend doing all different grips to work both width and thickness. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” 2) Deadlifts: This is one of the greatest overall total body strengthening exercises out there when performed properly. Itโ€™s great for building thickness to the back. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” 3) Bent over rows: Depending on the grip used you can work both thickness and width. Time is our currency. โฐ Indefinite in nature, it is unfortunately for us, mere mortal, a finite variable.โŒ› And because building a physique takes time, it is an expensive process. ๐Ÿ’ฐOver the course of my short journey, I once prioritize the shoulders, the back, the arms. The thing is that you cannot prioritize every body part at once. ๐Ÿ‘Ž You got to trust the process of muscle damage and muscle building and let time and hard work bring the results. Latissimus dorsi : one of my weak point right now especially on my right side as we can see. This is the next phase of prioritization. I want to grow them wings. ๐Ÿฆ… Peace and enjoy this day.
