STRENgTH. Weighted PULL-UPs. 10 sets. Warm-up 3sets x 6reps. PYRAMID incremental weights fr 15kg to 40kg. A lil BUMMED managed to only 2 Reps for 40kg 😪 but in time it will go up. PERSEVERANCE, DISCIPLINE, COMMITMENT, TENACITY and REST will get me there. There was a time I could ONLY hang from the BAR... I've learnt this very effective exercise from @athleanx. I call this ATHLEANX PULL. It's a wonderful exercise to hit the lats. The most important part about the exercise is the ability to provide you with complete range of motion. To fully squeeze the lats, we need to take our arm behind the body. Also, to fully stretch the lats, our arm should be brought out in front of the body. This exercise perfectly provides that platform to do so.
