PB - Cacao Crispy Treats 🌾 🔸 Sundays around here are about baking, but today we decided to skip the oven. These #peanutbutter #ricecrispytreats take only 5 minutes, a saucepan and 3 ingredients to make. 🔸 1.5 cups brown rice syrup 3/4 cup fresh ground peanut butter 6 cups @onedegreeorganics Cacao Brown Rice Crisps - Heat peanut butter and brown rice syrup in a saucepan over low heat until warm and easy to stir. Add a pinch of salt and then pour over rice puffs. “Take you pants off!” (Nora) 😜😂 Well guys FINAlLY did something I’ve always wanted to do! Was constantly on about shoots and even stepping on stage for ages! But shoots for me personally is my thing! For me it’s just personal, it’s about achieving something off a bucket list I guess, and being confident with my true natural self! Yes not being able to have my burritos and dirty burgers for 2-3 months was very difficult! And 30-40 mins of cardio without crying or falling off the damn treadmill was also a challenge! BLACK BEAN COOKIES 🤩 don’t forget to double tap & save for later 💫 these cookies taste so good🤤 . MACROS: - Carbohydrates: 9.5g. - Protein: 4.6g. - Fat: 3.6g. . INGREDIENTS: - 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed. - 2 Tbsp olive oil. - 0.5 cup ED Smith Maple Syrup. - 2 Tbsp peanut butter. - 2 Tbsp coconut milk (or milk of choice). - 5 Tbsp cocoa powder. - 1 scoop of pb chocolate protein powder @beyondyourself_ (or protein powder of choice). - 1 tsp cinnamon. - 1 tsp baking powder. - Pinch of salt. . Pancakes are deffo for Sunday brunch 🥞🥞🥞 these are healthy, low-carb and high protein! And don't they look incredibly delicious? 😋 Plus, they're so easy to whiz up and only made up of 4 ingredients + your choice of toppings ! I think I’ve found the prettiest avocado on toast in London! Caught up with @gourmetglow & @janmary101 at @dominiqueansellondon this afternoon. If you want “Belle”, go for the beautiful little cakes and #avotoast - if you want “Beast”, go for the croque monsieur ☺️ It looks like it’s been dropped from great height onto the plate but it makes up in taste what it’s lacking visually 🤣 . Important note: Don’t go here if you’re rubbish at making decisions. ITS SO HARD TO CHOOSE WHAT CAKE TO HAVE. And not having cake isn’t an option! . Was fascinating to hear all about Susie’s & Jan’s recent India experiences, including their stay at the Ayurvedic hospital. So I decided to start documenting my eating habits and maybe my work outs but that might be way later. So for my breakfast, for the rest of the year. It’s a smoothie. 1/2 Avocado 1 Large Banana 1 Cup of Silk Almond Milk (Vanilla) 2 scoops of protein 1 Tablespoon of Peanutbutter Ice for texture Might tweak this after putting it in my fitness pal and just add a whole avocado but that ish expensive so might not do that.
