say hello to my SUPER SATURDAY STACK 😍🤤😍 you guys these were UNREAL. I haven’t had pancakes w syrup since I was a kid but by the favor of God paleo pancakes are a thing & even better, I finally got to try @birchbenders paleo mix & I fell in love 😫 guys, even the batter tastes good ‼️ I like my pancakes to be a little underdone so it’s the perfect mix to do that (there’s no raw egg. you literally just add liquid to the mix to make the 🥞). I was originally planning on making crepes, so I poured one huge pancake at first but my batter was too thick, so we ended up w one messed up pancake and 2 nice fluffy ones (still tasted just as good 😂) ~ #breakfast details 👉🏼 1/2 cup @birchbenders paleo pancake mix + 3/4 cup @tempthemp hemp milk. layered my pancakes w banana, some freeze dried fruit from @sensiblefoods & the cinnamon honey pb @rxbar packet I got last night. placed a couple candied pecans on top & drizzled on some pure @coombsmaple syrup over the stack. Easiest Recipe for MEATLOAF Ever! • 🔹2-3 pounds ground beef 🔹2 eggs 🔹Salt (as much as you want) • Grease loaf pan. (Loaf pan size recommendation: 8x4 for 2 pounds, 9x5 for 3 pounds). Preheat oven to 350F. • In a large bowl place ground beef, crack eggs on top of ground beef, and sprinkle salt all around on top. Combine by kneading ingredients together with your bare hands. Add more salt while kneading if preferred. Fill loaf pan with mixture, lightly pressing meat into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-70 minutes until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees at the meatloaf center. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Slice and serve. Gisteren was ik jarig en een taartje kan natuurlijk niet ontbreken. Een verantwoord taartje gemaakt voor mijzelf. Het was echt heerlijk😋. De taartbodem is gemaakt van dadels, amandelen, cashewnoten, kokos en de chocolade mousse van avocado, banaan, dadels en 85% chocolade. Recept taartbodem 1 cup dadels 1/2 cup amandelen 1/4 cup cashewnoten 1/8 cup geraspte kokos 2 theelepels kokosolie gesmolten 1 theelepel vanille essence Alles in de keukenmachine en malen tot het een soort van deeg wordt. Hiermee 2 kleine taartvormen van 10 cm doorsnee bekleden. De taartvormpjes eerst inspraken met bakspray. Recept chocolademousse 1 avocado 1/2 banaan 2 dadels 100 gram 85% chocolade 1 theelepel vanille essence Banaan in stukjes snijden en de dadels ook. Dan de avocado fijn prakken en toevoegen. De chocolade smelten en dan bij de banaan, avocado en dadels doen met de vanille essence. Dan alles goed pureren. Vervolgens de taartbodems vullen met de mousse en een uur op laten stijven. Yesterday was my birthday and of course a cake can not be missed. A responsible cake made for myself. It was really delicious😋. The cake base is made of dates, almonds, cashews, coconut and the chocolate mousse of avocado, banana, dates and 85% chocolate. Recipe pie bottom 1 cup of dates 1/2 cup almonds 1/4 cup cashew nuts 1/8 cup grated coconut 2 teaspoons of coconut oil melted 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Put everything in the food processor and grind until it becomes a kind of dough. Adds 2 small cake molds of 10 cm diameter. First spray the little pie mold with baking spray Recipe chocolate mousse 1 avocado 1/2 banana 2 dates 100 grams 85% chocolate 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Banana cut into pieces and the dates too. Then finely chop and add the avocado. Melt the chocolate and then add the vanilla essence to the banana, avocado and dates. Then purée everything well. Haven’t had pancakes in such a long time so decided to treat myself this morning with this beautiful stack 🤤🥰 very easy to make and truly delicious so decided to share the RECIPE: 1/2 banana 1 egg 1 scoop of protein powder (used vegan salted caramel by @missfitsnutrition ) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 50ml milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond milk) Coconut oil for frying 1. Mash the banana, add the egg and whisk well 2. Add cinnamon and protein powder, mix well 3. Add almond milk till you get a smooth a little runny consistency. 4. Fry with a little coconut oil for ~3 mins each side. 5. Top with whatever you fancy🤪 I went for stewed apples( current obsession), dairy free yogurt, toasted seeds. A childhood favourite of mine is Corned Silverside and Veges. It would almost always include mashed potato, peas, carrots and cabbage with a white sauce This is my take on it, making it a little healthier and paleo/keto friendly. I used mustard seeds, pink peppercorns, maple syrup and onions to flavour the silverside, the mash is sweet potato and carrot with a hint of cinnamon, the cabbage is fried with a little butter, black salt, coconut sugar, ground pepper and caraway seeds. The white sauce is the biggest game changer though, it's made from cauliflower, cashews and savoury yeast flakes and it's the bomb! Roast pumpkin because, well.... It's roast pumpkin!!! Throw in some steamed greens and you have yourself a very tasty meal. at Warwick, Queensland

New recipe Thai Steamed Mussels Love it spicy and so juicy and so easy and fast doing 10 minute cooking Ingredients 2,5 kg fresh mussels 2 garlic cloves minced 2 green onion sliced 1/2 cup lemon 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup fish stock 2 tbsp red curry paste homemade 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup cilantro plus extra for garnish Hot pepper to taste Preparation Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat Add the garlic and green onions cook until fragrant Pour the fish stock cook until dissolved by half. Pour the lemon juice and coconut milk bring to light boil and add the curry paste, hot pepper and cilantro. BANANA CINNAMON MUFFINS 🌿 fresh from the oven. Paleo. 2 large slightly over ripe bananas mashed (much sweeter when black spotted) three beaten eggs, mix in 1 1/2 cups almond meal, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, makes 6 large muffins, top with shredded coconut and bake at 170c for 23 mins. Hello Gorgeous people 💖!! I am finally feeling better from that ear infection 👍🏼😊!! So, I got back into my happy place😊!! So, you know I ❤️ Asian food❤️, so tonight’s dinner was Korean inspired, and I made Japchae, it sweet potato noodles mixed with sesame oil sautéed veggies (I used carrots,shiitake mushrooms, onions and blanched spinach )minced garlic,sliced beef,(I cooked pork belly,crispy), eggs. The yolk and whites are separated and cooked separately and sliced thin, sesame oil and soy sauce. I replaced the soy sauce with coconut aminos!! And the best part is leftovers 🤤😆!! . . I hope everyone is having a awesome Friday! I have had a very productive day and now it’s time to relax. 🎉 . . The husband is out with the boys tonight so that means I get to make my dinner exactly how I like it. . . I wanted something quick and fresh. Here’s a quick stir fry I threw together. Coconut Veggie Stir Fry Ingredients:👇🏼 Veggies (Give me all of them🤗) Add what you like. I did about a cup of each veggie. The ones I used were Bock Choy, cabbage, orange and yellow carrots, sweet white onion, celery, broccoli and broccoli stems. 1/4cup Organic Coconut Flakes Sauce:👇🏼 1T Coconut Oil 2T Coconut Aminos (This stuff rocks! I use it in place of Soy Sauce. It’s soy free, less salty, and has a little sweetness. Great for all your Asian style cooking and sold in most stores these days) 1T Garlic minced S&P Instructions:👇🏼 Chop all your delicious veggies. Toss strait into the @gourmia air fryer. Add all sauce ingredients and toss.Cook at 400* for about 12mins. I like my veggies with a little crunch. You can cook a little I get if you’d like. Shake the air fryer basket Galway through cooking. Top with sliced green onion and cilantro. Dinner 29 of our #200mealsathome, Country-Style Pork Stew...or Soup in our case... Since we've been on this cooking kick, we are buying all the cooking and recipe magazines that have all the yummy things we'd love to cook and eat. We found this stew in the magazine, Soups and Stews For Two, by @testkitchen. This was pretty close to the Potato Sausage and Cabbage stew we posted a few weeks ago, but enter player 3, PORK! the recipe has potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions, kielbasa, and pork spiced with salt, pepper, and Herbs De Provence that is brought together by chicken stock. Flavors.All.Damn.Day! @cookscountry has this amazing recipe on their website: https://www.cookscountry.com/recipes/8309-country-style-pork-stew-for-two?extcode=NSPNC13ZZ ______________________________ Notes on the recipe: 1) we sauteed the onions first before adding the potatoes, carrots, and kielbasa. 2) you made need to use more chicken stock or broth that the recipe calls for...just watch your amounts with the ingredients. 3) make sure that your liquid stays bubbling when simmering. Otherwise you will be like me, and waiting for the cabbage to wilt. When it's not, you'll have to call in backup to help (thanks @susanmp9!). 4) we doubled the recipe, so we used a lot more Herbs De Provence and garlic...which you could do if you're following the normal recipe. 5) we left this as soup, and didn't smash the potatoes like the recipe says to do. Lunnnnch 🥗Sweet Potato Toast 🍴🍴 I started making sweet potato toast a while back because toast is one of my all time favourite foods buuuut sometimes just doesn’t sit right in ma bellly 😀😩😓... I decided to get all my Saturday house cleaning done right after my girls came home from school and before I knew it dinner time was way past and It was that awkward period where you could order take out but the wait would take you just as long to whip something up. So I decided to do that so I didn’t have to go out in the cold to pick it up. I was craving Pei Wei orange chicken so I made a Paleo version instead. The best part is adding a few drops of ginger oil without having to use fresh and putting it all in the Instant pot saved a lot of time. Serious game of would you rather: have to eat dessert every day for two meals a day or have to eat tacos every day for two meals a day?! This might come as a shock to some.. but im going with the tacos! I love dessert way too much to get sick of it eating sweets for most of my meals.
