The stronger your WILLPOWER is the stronger YOU can be and the further YOU WILL go! You have to train your mind that you can do things. A lot of people don’t realize life’s biggest workout is not of the body or whatever it is you strive to do in life, but rather of the mind! Your mind is so powerful beyond belief but if you don’t TRAIN it to it’s full potential you won’t be able to run at max potential. Think of your mind as the engine of a car. You could have a Ferrari but if the engine isn’t running right it just looks like a Ferrari. So with whatever it may be that you want in life, instead of THINKING you can’t because of time or money or whatever it is. Just do it. Better yet just try it for a week. Say fuck it for just a trial period! I GUARANTEE you will surprise yourself, not only that but you will shock yourself in how capable you actually are at doing something.... and then at that very moment youll see just how LIMITLESS life can be. All it takes in one moment to show you that your mind is your biggest limit and once you realize that that’s all that’s keeping you from anything. SIGNOS DE SOBREENTRENAMIENTO - - Bajo un buen programa de #entrenamiento, un #fisicoculturista equilibrará la intensidad del entrenamiento con el #descanso. Cuando un #culturista equilibra su entrenamiento con el descanso, se crea el entorno anabólico. Cuando la densidad de entrenamiento es demasiado alta o demasiado avanzada, o cuando los entrenamientos son frecuentes, o de duración demasiado larga, el estrés del entrenamiento se vuelve demasiado abundante para que el cuerpo lo maneje. - - Aquí te dejo algunos signos que indican algún estado de sobreentrenamiento 😬 - - Pérdida de #fuerza 📉 Si su fuerza no ha aumentado en algún momento en los ejercicios básicos de construcción de masas como press de banca, remo inclinado, sentadillas y press de hombros, entonces probablemente esté sobreentrenado en algún grado. - - Músculo de aspecto plano sin bombeo 😑 Si estás entrenando correctamente y obteniendo la cantidad adecuada de descanso y comiendo como un culturista, tus músculos deberían permanecer llenos con al menos algo de sangre durante hasta una hora después del entrenamiento. Si no siente un #bombeo, una expansión temporal en el músculo que hace que el músculo se sienta más #fuerte, es posible que ya haya ingresado en un estado #catabólico. - - La necesidad de usar estimulantes (pre-workout) ⚡️ Usar #estimulantes cuando estás demasiado cansado solo enmascarará y disimulará temporalmente los #signos de sobreentrenamiento. - - La sensación de que ir al gimnasio es una ardua 😓 A cada culturista competitivo le encanta entrenar.
