PASO A PASO - PUDIN DE CHIA Y AVENA ➡➡➡ #chiapudding #overnightoats Muchos me pidieron el paso a paso de mi desayuno express, un pudin de chia y avena trasnochado para cuando sabes que estás corto de tiempo en la mañana y quieres llevarte tu desayuno! #takeaway . También es una super opción de #snack Ingredientes: 1/2 taza de leche (yo usé de almendras) 2 cucharadas de semillas de chia 2 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas 1/2 banano en puré Canela en polvo, al gusto Preparación: Integrar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente de vidrio y llevarlo a la nevera por mínimo 2 horas o toda la noche 🌚😴 Al día siguiente 🌞☺, sacar de la nevera, revolver y si está muy espeso para tu gusto, puedes ponerle un chorrito de leche. Pero, en este caso, yo quería agregar proteína a mi desayuno entonces disolví un scoop de proteína en 1/3 de taza de leche de almendras y se lo agregué al pudin (este paso es completamente opcional, otra opción de proteína es complementar con un huevito 🐣). Por último, le puse papaya picada y un poquito de la granola que hice esta semana, para darle un toque #crunchy (paso a paso de la granola en mi perfil). After all that wonderful pizza yesterday I was craving something simple and healthy to reset today. I made my first batch of easy overnight oats last night and they’re great. I usually make the @cooksillustrated steel-cut oats that you steep overnight, but I was all out and I didn’t want to mess with cooking oatmeal in the morning. I found this recipe from @thecuttingveg and tweaked just the flavor profile because I was in the mood for chai. It uses a mix of rolled oats, chia, and flax seeds for a really nice texture. Chai spice overnight oats with almond butter, maple syrup, blackberries, and toasted almonds. Now I’m kinda bummed that it was a single serving. at Cambridge, Massachusetts

Sáng hôm sau chỉ cần lấy ra và cho thêm phần topping lên trên là chuối hoặc táo, việt quất, dâu hay vài loại trái cây gì mà bạn thích. Prep this pink beauty tonight and you’ll have a #ValentinesDay present from you to you tomorrow 💘 Cream of buckwheat has been a blessing this week! (Don’t worry, you can replace with oats if you don’t have #buckwheat😊) I got it at @wholefoods and it’s so easy to make. Pink overnight buckwheat cream: -1/4 cup cream of buckwheat -1/2 cup almond milk -1/2 cup water ...mix in a bowl and microwave 3 min ⠀ ...remove and add: -frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries) -2 tbsp chia seeds -splash of almond milk -dash of cinnamon -4 big spoonfuls of @foragerproject vanilla yogurt -1-2 tbsp ground flax (or add in the morning) -optional: açai, #superfood powders (like @projectyoubewell Quandong Peach) ⠀ ...mix well (smoosh some of those berries) and done! "Sexy like a chocolate strawberry" oats! The name comes from one of my favorite comedies, Role Models and the oats have one of my favorite combos, strawberries and chocolate. These oats are perfect for Valentine's day, or any other day ending in Y for that matter. They're delicious, healthy, and easy peasy to prepare. Check out the recipe below. Ingredients: 3/4 cup (170g) strawberry Greek yogurt (I used Oikos Triple Zero) 1/2 cup (40g) quick cook oats 1 scoop protein (vanilla or chocolate works) 4-6oz liquid of choice (I used Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips Directions: 1. Mix liquid of choice and protein (I used a shaker bottle, but stirring works as well) 2. Pour protein and liquid mixture into a bowl with the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips 3. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours 4. Top with chocolate chips and enjoy! Enjoying Valentine's day doesnt havent to ruin your progress with these overnight oats.
