Totally in #love with the #nutella samosa (AED 20 for 3 pieces) from @lovemymosa located at @hangryhangar.
I had never tried #sweet samosa before, and now I can't get enough of it 🙈 Love the #taste and it goes perfectly with #icecream on the side.
The place is so good to just chill and #unwind after work - #music, board games, #food and amazing ambience! They even had stand up comedy on Thursday when I went. Do head to @hangryhangar before it closes on 2nd September!

Last night I was inspired to whip up a hatch green chile cream sauce! It came out to be the perfect blend of creamy and mildly spicy.
Y'all know how much I love Mexican food and I'm always trying to find ways to make it taste even better (if that's possible)!
1 cup soaked cashews (I soaked them in water for a few hours)
5 tbsp of water (add more for a creamier texture)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp penzys pico de gallo seasoning (you can use cumin or a cajun seasoning instead)
2 large hatch chiles
Set oven to high broil and put the hatch chiles in for 10 minutes. Turn the chiles over after five minutes. Pull them from the oven and set aside to cool.
Blend your cashews, garlic, lime juice, and spices. Then add water to the mixture a tbsp at a time until you reach your desired texture.
Cut up the hatch and add them to the mixer. Blend until everything is well combined. Serve with chips or on top of quesadillas!
