The north coast was at its best on Monday - dark skies and turquoise seas spraying white mist over the basalt stones. It’s definitely my favourite way to see it.
This morning I’ve been for a dip in slightly less tempestuous seas, had a shower and climbed back into bed with a cup of tea - it’s another kind of perfect!
I’ve also written a guest post for @aly.harte on anxiety which I’ve linked to in my bio if you fancy a read. This morning I swear I could actually feel the adrenaline of built up tension and emotion slip right out of my body with every stroke I pushed through the waves. Looking after your mental health is so important for not only your mind but your body. I feel like a different person - but I’m definitely going to lie here and enjoy that cuppa before I take on the day!
