🔥The BIGGER Picture🔥 - I get so many questions and request, asking about supplement, with their end goals pretty similar; “I wanna build muscles.” I get it, this is the industry, with supplement companies dumping millions of dollars doing advertisement, just to convince the community to buy their product, in order to grow muscles. 💪🏻 . Look, let’s put it simple. Supplement is called ‘SUPPLEMENT’ for a good reason. Human nature DOES NOT live on supplements, but it acts more like a missing piece to the already done 95% of work elsewhere, being your nutrition and hardcore training. And YES, it only acts for that 5%, or even 10% MAXIMUM. 📈 . I’m a strong believe of a wise quote, “Doing the right thing, is ALWAYS RIGHT.” Humans are born to feed on REAL FOODS, WHOLE FOODS, NUTRITIOUS FOODS. We’re never born to feed on supplements. So when it comes to building muscles a.k.a the nature process happens in our body, what makes you think that you need to rely on something unnatural? 💁🏻‍♂️ . Like what Prof. Oak has said, “There’s always a TIME & PLACE for EVERYTHING.” Once you have your FOODS & TRAINING in check, supplement shall come in to play, to provide you that CATALYST, to give you that final PUSH, to lead you from an Average Joe, to GI JOE. One area that I spend a lot of my time helping coaches with is consistency. - Because you’re so busy, you flip in and out of doing all of the key things that will help your business to progress. - How consistent are you with your marketing? Are you consistent with reviewing your client files? How consistent are you with your coaching standards and level of customer service? Are you consistent with your education? Are you consistent with the level of results that you’re producing? Are you consistent with your own training and nutrition? - These are just a few, but I’m sure you get the idea. - If you want to grow, you have to keep on top of everything. You have to hold yourself accountable to each of them. - When you allow one to drop, you will notice that area of your business will start to slow down. - Create a list of everything that you know you need to remain consistent at. Consistency is key with exercise, nutrition and sleep. You can have the latest, best, most scientifically advanced program in the world but if you only do it once a week it’s rubbish. Even a shit program done regularly will work. If you’re serious about achieving your health and fitness goals, you need to be serious about your sleep, diet and training. 5 days of eating, sleeping and training well followed by 2 bad days isn’t conducive to good progress. Not only will the obvious extra calories set you back, but the hormonal consequences of poor sleep, alcohol, sugar, excess carbs and fats will take days to rectify. If you really fancy a doughnut then have a doughnut, you’re an adult, you can do what you want but teaching yourself to resist temptations is all part of being a healthier and fitter human. Avoid cheat days and even cheat meals if you can. Manage your diary so that you don’t miss training sessions. Set an alarm on your phone to tell you when to go to bed. Walk, cycle, run when possible, even on training days. Being fit and healthy is a lifestyle, not just a short-term goal. Keep on top of it and you’ll look, move, feel and live better. Napni stranske hrbtne mišice ter počasi pod kontrolo spusti palico na prsni koš. Regrann from @mattleefit - ❗️Long Post Warning❗️ • The past few days down here in Houston preparing for the Summer Shredding Classic, and the show itself yesterday have honestly been filled with some of the best and most memorable moments of my life. • Years ago when I first started this whole social media thing by documenting my fitness journey on Instagram and YouTube, I would legit spend hours watching so many people like @stevecook and @christianguzmanfitness, and be in shock about the lives they lived. I would watch as they made some of the coolest content I have ever seen, and would see hundreds of people come wait HOURS on end just to get a picture with them, and it all just blew my mind as I sat there dreaming to be in their shoes. • These past 3 days I have been left speechless as that dream has become a reality for myself. I have had SO many incredible people come up to me just to say hi and introduce themselves or say “I’ve seen your YouTube videos!”. I never thought in a million years I would be the guy getting stopped for a picture, or to be in someone else’s vlog, or for a simple hello, but it’s truly happening and it is absolutely surreal and has left me so emotional as I am finally seeing all the hard work, sweat, and tears I put into this all pay off! • So THANK YOU. Meal prep Sunday. The last few weeks have been busier than normal and my meal prep Sundays have not been as they should. I've ended up eating out a lot more which has lead to not having as much energy and just feeling more sluggish. I haven't felt as good in the gym and it's time to take ownership and get back to it. This week's menu is banana break and coffee with protein powder for breakfast, ground turkey with green peppers and a side of green beans or brussel sprouts for lunch. Dinner will be made fresh every night and we'll be having lemon basil chicken, pork tenderloin, burrito bowl, and chicken spaghetti with homemade sauce.
