So this morning I did a lot of tricep and core combo moves. I kept everything lower in weight/body weight and higher rep. Body weight exercises have been very challenging to me because I have terrible balance, but adding them into my workouts has really helped improve that.
I took a yoga class and surprised myself with how well I was balancing myself. I’m definitely no pro yet, but I am happy at my progress and excited to continue working on it.
I’ve posted about wanting to the best overall/well rounded athlete I can be, and that goal remains the same. I don’t have a competition or anything picked out yet, but I’m keeping my eyes and ears peeled 👀 I’m training for life and want to be prepared for anything.
