Která mouka je nejzdravější? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Obecně se traduje, že je to špaldová a přesně tahle myšlenka rozpoutala šílenství. Plno lidí, zejména ženy 🙋🏽‍♀️, by nekoupily a nepozřely nic co by nemělo tmavou barvu, v názvu slovo “špalda” a ideálně ještě se semínkama navrchu. Ale víte, co to špalda je? 🤔 Je to odrůda pšenice, z čehož vyplývá, že špaldová mouka je vlastně také pšeničná 🌾 Hned 2. a 3. fotka Vás vyvrátí z omylu (protože 98% z Vás mi v anketě odhlasovalo, že zdravější je mouka špaldová). Kalorický rozdíl je minimální, dokonce klasická “bílá mouka” je na tom lépe. Bílkoviny a vláknina jsou nepatrně lepší u mouky špaldové, která má zároveň i o 4 g sacharidů na 100g méně. Takže kde je smysl toho, že se honíme zdánlivě za něčím lepším, ačkoliv to tak není? Je správné nařčení: “BÍLÉ PEČIVO JE TUČNÉ A NEZDRAVÉ”? Ne! 🙅🏽‍♀️ Obecně pečivo a výrobky z mouky jsou svým způsobem nezdravé. Ale určité typy se dají konzumovat i v dietě 🏋🏽‍♀️🥗 🥥 Kokosová mouka je sice nejvíce kalorická a má největší zastoupení tuků, za to má ale nejvíce bílkovin a vlákniny, hodí se do #lowcarbdiet díky nízkému obsahu sacharidů. 🍚 Mouka rýžová se hodí skvěle do #lowfatdiet protože obsah tuků v ní je nulový. So here goes the recipe 👏⭐️🎉 GF Chocolate Pecan Banana Cake with Oat Streusel Batter Ingredients: 4 overripe bananas - mashed (if previously frozen, thaw, strain, & discard liquid) 1 large pastured egg, beaten 1/4 c melted coconut oil 2 heaping tablespoons organic raw honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 c GF flour blend 1/2 c oat flour 1/3 c cocoa powder 1/4 c ground flaxseed 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt 1 c pecans, toasted until fragrant then chopped (reserve 1/4 c for the streusel) Streusel Ingredients: 1/4 c rolled oats 1/4 c oat flour 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 c pecans from above Method: Combine the mashed bananas, egg, oil, honey and vanilla and whisk well. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir the wet into the dry - batter will be lumpy. Transfer to a parchment lined 8x8 square or round cake pan. Combine all the streusel ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are golden and center is springy. Cool completely before cutting.

Dodajte banane zgnječene vilicom i opet promiksajte da bi smjesa postala jednolična. Bilo bi bolje da su banane zrelije da budu mekše i slađe. Smljevite zobene pahuljice u blenderu da postanu brašnaste i dodajte ih u smjesu skupa s whey proteinom i sodom bikarbonom. Ako vaš protein nije dovoljno sladak dodajte neki zaslađivač, ja nisam morala jer koristim okus vanilija stevia, također možete koristiti i neki drugi okus koji vam paše. Smjesu dobro pomiješajte žlicom ili pjenjačom. Izlijte u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite na oko 20 minuta na 180°C. Cijeli kolač ima 80 grama proteina, izrezala sam ga na 8 šnita, što je 10 grama proteina po šniti. One of my breakfast staples: pancakes! They vary a bit, but the base recipe is 4 cups out flour, 4 bananas, 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, and 3 cups of milk. Today I used 2 cups of soy milk and a can of pumpkin purée, added some pumpkin spice and a few chocolate chips in each pancake. Sourdough Oat Pancakes. I’ve been working on this recipe for about a month, every weekend. I am a true pancake snob but I think I have finally perfected these sourdough ones. I simply grind up oats in my #vitamix for maybe a minute to make oat flour. Of course you can use any flour. Sometimes I use wheat or all purpose flour. Let me know if try them! Sourdough Pancakes * 170 g oat flour 1/2 tsp soda, (3 g) 1/2 tsp salt (4 g) 1 T baking powder (12 g) 2 T sugar (26 g) 492 g buttermilk (2 cups) 3 eggs (155 g) 20 g oil (2 T) 420 g ripe sourdough starter (made the night before and let sit on counter all night) * Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl, whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry. Pour sourdough starter over top. Gently whisk or stir. Cook immediately.

All is right with the world again. I did a second attempt at making #sallysbakingaddiction chocolate chip cookies with oat flour. As you can see by the photos they didn’t spread. I threw those bad boys in the freezer for 3 days. Yes you read that right. I made the cookies ahead of time. Next, pre heated my oven and pop them right in for 12-13 minutes, then left to cool for 10 minutes. @sallysbakeblog has so many great cookie recipes I plan to try. I can not believe my kids ate these! I think they are one of my best low sugar, no refined flour recipes yet, but usually, if a cookie #1 isnt white and #2 isn’t packed with high #glycemic sugar and loads of #butter they won’t even pick it up. This time I actually had to put them away so there would be some left for daddy! 🥰 Happy Valentines Day ❣️ #protein Packed #chocolatecookies 3/4c almond flour 2Tbs #psyllium Husk Flour 1/4c oat flour 1/3 c raw cocoa 4tsp cacao 1tsp baking soda 1/4tsp salt 1/2-1 tsp #cinnamon (depending on taste) 7Tbs creamy (not melted liquid) unrefined coconut oil 1/2c coconut sugar 1/4c #brownsugar 6Tbs almond butter (almonds and salt only) 1tsp vanilla 1lg egg ( #pasteurized if possible) 1/4c mini #darkchocolate pieces 1. In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together well 2. In a med size bowl, hip all sugars and coconut oil until fluffy 3. Add in the vanilla, almond butter and pasteurized egg and mix until blended, then slowly add in dry mix until it comes together to form a dough consistency 4. Add in chocolate pieces with a spoon 5. Form a ball with dough and place between two parchment papers 6. Roll out dough to 1/2” 7. Use any 2” shaped cookie cutter to cut dough 8. Place cut out cookies on a cookie sheep lined with parchment paper 1” apart 9. keep reforming scrap dough and following #7 & 8 until all dough is used 10. Place Pan with cut out cookies into fridge for 15mins up to an hour 11. Remove pan from fridge place in pre heated 350f oven for 14mins 12. When done, remove pan from oven and let cookies continue to cook on the cooling pan 13. Vegan Gluten Free 🤯 Almond Banana Bread 😋 Moist is an Understatement ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Everyone in my family loves banana bread! So I'm always trying new ways and flavors. This turned out so delicious!!!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🍞 Ingredients: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 2 cups GF Oat flour @bobsredmill⁣⁣ 1 tsp baking soda⁣⁣ ½ tsp cinnamon powder⁣⁣ ½ tsp salt⁣⁣ 1 tsp vanilla⁣⁣ ⅓ cup maple syrup⁣⁣ ⅓ cup coconut oil⁣⁣ ⅓ cup almond butter⁣⁣ 2 Tbsp Ground Flax + 6 Tbsp water (blended)⁣⁣ 5 mashed bananas (medium & spotted)⁣⁣ Garnish top: 1/4 cup Nuts (I chose Honey coated Pecans)⁣⁣ •Optional to make chocolate swirl: 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 👩‍🍳 Make it:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Preheat oven to 350°. In a Bowl combine the coconut oil, almond butter, and maple syrup then add bananas and mash. Add vanilla and creamy flax. Mix well. In a different bowl, combine all dry ingredients, add to the banana mixture and combine everything but don't overmix. ✋If you want to make a chocolate swirl, take out 1 cup of the batter and mix 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Easy and delicious vegan buttermilk pancakes without banana 🍌😱🥞. INGREDIENTS. ✅cup almond milk or non-dairy milk. ✅1 tsp apple cider vinegar. ✅1 cup oat flour. ✅2 tbsp baking powder. ✅2 tsp coconut sugar. ✅pinch of salt. ✅1 tbsp coconut oil. INSTRUCTIONS 1.Combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar, stirring well. Set aside. 2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. 3.Add the oil to the milk mixture and stir. Then pour into dry mixture. 4.Mix until JUST combined.Do not over-mix. 5.Heat a frying pan to medium heat. Spray oil lightly onto pan. 6.Using scoop batter into round pancake shapes, leaving some room for spreading. I usually do 2 at a time. BE PATIENT! Let it cook until bubbles rise to the surface then burst, and the edges start to look cooked. Take a peak underneath and if it is golden, flip to the other side. Cook about 30 seconds-1 minute on the other side (the second side takes much less time to cook). . . . INGREDIENTES. ✅1 tz de leche de almendras u otra leche vegetal. ✅1 cda de vinagre de sidra de manzana. ✅1 tz de harina de avena. ✅2 ctda de polvo para hornear. ✅1 cda de azúcar de coco. ✅pizca de sal. ✅1 ctda de aceite de coco. INSTRUCCIONES. 1.Combina la leche de almendras y el vinagre de cidra de manzana mézclalo súper bien y déjalo reposar a un lago. 2.En otro bowl mezcla los ingredientes secos la harina , polvo para hornear , azúcar y sal. 3.Agrega el aceite de coco a la mezcla de leche con el vinagre y déjala reposar. 4.Mezcla todos los ingredientes pero no mezcles demasiado. 5.calienta el sartén q fuego medio/bajo y agrega un poco de aceite en spray para que no se peguen. 6.Agrega la mezcla en forma redonda. Generalmente me dan 2 en el sartén SE PACIENTE! Sabrás q están listos cuando empiecen a salir burbujas en la parte de arriba. Luego le das la vuelta y listo 🙌🏻 at New Jersey

Bismillah Lagi seneng dengan adonan quick bread yang diblender. Karena lebih gampang menuangkannya ke dalam loyang atau cetakan. Dan tinggal dimasukkan jadi satu, adonan langsung jadi. Kebetulan masih ada sisa pisang yang overripe. Jadi dibuatlah muffin dan karena suka coklat jadi dibuat muffin coklat. Dan ini gluten free, karena memakai rolled oat yang diblender jadi tepung. GLUTEN FREE BANANA CHOCO MUFFIN BAHAN: 102 gr ( 1 cup) rolled oat 15 gr (1/4 cup) coklat bubuk 80 ml susu (1/4 cup) susu cair 60 ml (1/4 cup) madu 60 ml (1/4 cup) minyak 2 buah pisang cavendish ukuran besar overripe 2 telur ukuran kecil (1 telur ukuran besar) 1 sdt essence vanilla 1/4 sdt garam 1 sdm baking powder/ 1/2 sdt soda kue 45 gr choco chips CARA MEMBUAT: 1) Panaskan oven pada suhu 180 C. 2) Blender oat hingga menjadi tepung. Masukkan semua bahan lagi kecuali chocochips. 3)Tambahkan separuh chocochips, aduk rata dengan spatula. 4) Tuangkan ke kertas cup muffin. Ok so when I got this stuff it was so gross. It was literally the grossest stuff ever really. It was supposed to be a fiber drink. And for keto fiber is really important. So I really tried to like it, but the cinsistancy just made me gag. I hate wasting stuff and felt at a loss because I didn't know what to do with it because it. To me it was legit un-drinkable. BUT I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! So I have been making healthy oat flour banana bread for a bit thanks to this rad recipe I got from @eattolivefoodisfuel. It's DELICIOUS, and decided since this keto fiber powder is mostly flax I could make a flax egg out of it instead of using eggs! BEST decision I have ever made. I'm actually buying and using this keto fiber stuff now! Not to be TMI but I've never been more regular in my life eating this banana bread with this stuff in it every morning. Blueberries have nothing to do with this grapefruit cake, but 💁🏼‍♀️. My mom made @lifeisbutadish grapefruit yogurt cake last week, and this week, i adapted it to make it gluten and dairy free ☺️ I used @so_delicious vanilla yogurt as a sub for Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. I used @bobsredmill 1:1 flour and @arrowheadmills oat and rice flour (I ran out of the 1:1 so had to sub other flours I had...it worked GREAT!). I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, because it was what I had. I added extra grapefruit because, yum, and poked holes in the cake after baking to help the grapefruit syrup soak in. Desayuno naturalmente dulce: Panquecas de batata dulce (camote o boniato) con crema blanca de banano 😋💪. En la licuadora se procesa 120 gr de batata dulce horneada, 4 claras de huevo, 3 cdas de harina de avena, 1 cdita esencia vainilla, pizca de sal, canela al gusto. Luego en sartén untado con aceite de coco se agrega poco a poco parte de la mezcla dentro de un molde (porque en este caso la mezcla estaba muy blanda), se dejan dorar por ambos lados y una vez listas todas las panquecas, se sirven con la crema que resulta de combinar: 1 cda yogur griego natural sin endulzante, 1 cda leche de almendras y 1/4 de banano pequeño muy maduro y bien triturado. Our morning routine changes with our needs. Since the New Year, we've had a steady, reliable morning rhythm that was just the best thing...until it wasn't. Cause that's the thing about life and balance, occasionally it requires tweaking.
