Moong Dal Koshimbir, few ingredients and very easy to make. Often served during special occasions. We can make variety of koshimbirs, with different vegitables and soaked pulses and lentils. 🔸moong dal is soaked for some hours until it gets soft.
🔹Drain all water from the bowl in which moong dal was soaked. 🔸To this put little salt, hing(asafoetida), very finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, very little gratted coconut and drop generous lemon juice.
Mix it and done 🤤. When you taste this koshimbir you think about the person you love😍😋 who is actually hard,but soft in nature like moong dal, spicy like green chillies, explodes surprisingly and very hard to calm down 🤣, tanginess naughtiness like sour lemon juice.
