Definitely put a filter on to cut back on the whiteness of my legs 🤦🏼‍♂️ today was a quad dominate day. I supersetted this workout with leg extensions. With this exercise I did 4 sec. Negatives and tried my hardest to not lean forward to help me come back up. I really wanted to put all the pressure on the vastus medialis and lateralis! Been implementing ideas from @smith.julian, @turtlegainz, and @besickfit. Been seeing some serious leg gains from these guys’ tips. 💪🏼 Give this a try and let me know how it goes. 🏋️‍♂️L'ARCO NELLA LA PANCA PIANA🏋️‍♂️ È corretto creare l'arco con la schiena durante la panca piana?La preparazione prevede un corretto assetto scapolare, con scapole addotte, depresse e in tilt posteriore. Per fare tutto ciò si va a creare un arco con la schiena che poi verrà mantenuto durante l'esecuzione sia in fase eccentrica che concentrica. ❓È corretto fare tutto ciò??? ❗️La risposta ovviamente è SI. ❓Perché fare l'arco?. Essenzialmente per 5 motivi: 1️⃣RIDUCE IL ROM: chi fa powerlifting, inarcare la schiena permette di ridurre il rom di movimento e dunque ciò comporterà un vantaggio durante l'alzata in gara; 2️⃣PRE-STIRAMENTO DEL PETTORALE: inarcando la schiena e abbassando le spalle si porta "in fuori" il petto e di conseguenza questo partirà in un condizione di pre-stiramento e dunque ci sarà una maggiore attivazione del pettorale stesso. 3️⃣MAGGIORE RISPETTO DELLA LINEA DEL PETTORALE: il pettorale essendo sviluppato in diagonale rispetto alla cassa toracica, x una maggiore attivazione richiede un'esecuzione di spinta in diagonale (e non perpendicolare) dell'omero. Ciò sarà molto improbabile se non eseguiamo l'arco, il quale ci permetterà di porre il pettorale nella corretta posizione (in diagonale). 4️⃣MAGGIOR COINVOLGIMENTO DEL DORSALE: adducendo e abbassando le scapole e creando appunto l'arco, abbiamo un maggiore coinvolgimento del dorsale il quale diminuirà il carico relativo in fase eccentrica sul pettorale, e di conseguenza riusciremo a spingere di più col pettorale stesso in fase concentrica. 5️⃣SALUTE ARTICOLARE: l'arco ci permette di mantenere il corretto assetto scapolare x tutta la durata della serie diminuendo di molto il rischio di perdere l'assetto corretto preservando la salute articolare della spalla la quale è la più a rischio durante questo tipo di eserc. Infine vorrei rassicurare chi sostiene che l'arco crea problemi alla zona lombare. When I was 16 years old I was greatly unhealthy. I was the kid with acne and braces and had health problems due to my diet and ultimately ended up in the hospital twice! I had metabolical problems and an iron deficiency causing me to feel torpid and sick all the time. I was greatly insecure due to my situation and wanted to change. I was only 5’5” and weighed 110 pounds! So I asked my parents to buy me some dumbbells for my birthday to try and get in some kind of shape. I had begun running but it hurt too much for heart so I stuck with swimming until I built up my stamina. I knew that working out wasn’t enough. I needed a change of diet so I created a diet for myself mostly consisting of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and various meats like chicken and fish. My health problems slowly subsided and today I stand 5’9” and weigh just over 160 pounds.
