I loved how strong my legs felt after our days filled with hikes! Non stop lunges for miles, I swear every hike we chose was up hill! .
On previous trips, I had a hard time keeping up with my husband. This time, there was only one trail that had me struggling big time!! I blame it on the direct sun scorching on my back and crazy elevation gain 😉 I swear nothing stops Tony tho, it's like he was born to hike no matter what nature throws at us! 🤷🏻♀️
I have a funny feeling that the reason I did so well, was because of the workouts I've been doing consistently!! My body is getting strong, and it showed last week just how far it has come! Tony even made a few comments that he was impressed with how fast we were clipping along on the trails👏🏻 .
These workouts that I do everyday, help me to do the things that I love. Activities like hiking, are so much more enjoyable when I feel in shape!!
