Successful leg day!
First exercise was back squats and I worked up to 405lbs for 2 then I hit a PR of 445lbs for 1.
Second exercise was Front Squats
Third exercise was step ups with 45lb DBs
Fourth exercise was sumo deadlift (first time ever doing these)
Fifth exercise was leg extensions (started with a 10 second hold at the top then went into my reps)
Finished off with lying leg curls at Body Lines Gym
