40m kettlebell front rack shoulder carry
40m kettlebell overhead waiter carry (one hand above your head like a waiter carrying a tray - do 20m with each arm)
Rest 1:00 between each round and choose heaviest KBs for the farmers carry, lighter for the front rack carry, and lightest for the waiter carry 💥 Enjoy!
