Circuit Exercise - Final Day 5 🔥💪⬇️
▶️ This is the final exercise of our 5 day circuit. Tomorrow you can put all 5 exercises together and perform a 30 minute today body workout, of which I will post instructions for.
▶️Today, we are performing the mountain climber which is a fantastic exercise that gets your heart rate up fast while also firing nearly every muscle group in the body—deltoids, biceps, triceps, chest, obliques, abdominals, quads, hamstrings and hip abductors. Mountain Climbers are also a very accessible exercise; you can perform them anywhere because they require only your bodyweight.
You will work strength, cardio and core strength all rolled into one!
Some tips ⬇️
1️⃣ Starting position – on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under hips.
2️⃣ Check your form—your hands should be about shoulder-width apart, back flat, abs engaged, and head in alignment.
3️⃣ Pull your right knee into your chest as far as you can. Then switch, pulling that knee out and bringing the other knee in.
4️⃣ Keeping your hips down, run your knees in and out as far and as fast as you can. Alternate inhaling and exhaling with each leg change.
5️⃣ To modify the exercise, slow the legs down.
