Feeling accomplished! 😊😊Despite feeling sick 🤢 (runny nose 👃 fatigue a slight sore throat) I went to the gym to get some exercise in. I used this time to try a few new pieces of equipment. I spent about 8 minutes on the rowing machine, 8 minute intervals on the full body climber and stairclimber. I focused on form and moving. I also completed 3 set of 10 hanging knee raises.
The gym was pretty empty at 4 this morning. I definitely wiped down all machines I used.
Best thing that @jlhatch7 ever bought that I was pissed about is this rower hahaha! I use it everyday especially during our gym’s rowing challenge. 45K this week baby!!! ✅ How important is your fitness to you? Important enough to get up at 5am to work on it event for just 30 min before your busy day start? With our busy schedule lately between the Hatch Boys we are not able to get in the gym like we used to. This rower is saving me and keeping me in shape somewhat.
