No matter how big or small your goals are, you can achieve them if you put your best effort into it. I always hear people say, “I want better grades, but I’m not smart enough” or “I want to get in shape but I don’t have enough time to work out”. But most of the time, these excuses are just all in your head. You can do anything you put your mind to, but the only person holding you back is you. We never truly realize it, but our biggest enemy when it comes to success is yourself. Because when you have a goal set, you will make mistakes along the way and sometimes you tell yourself that you suck or you can’t do this and you start to lose faith. When you set your mind to something, you can’t just sit there and wish for it to happen. You have to go and work for it, no matter how hard it is. Do you want to be in shape? Then make time each day to start getting into a workout routine and motivate yourself to keep going.
