. The helicopter ride. Terrifying and exhilarating all at once. . Feeling the pockets of energy radiating off of the coastline. Each bump causing a tiny shiver of fear, as I watched the ground below me move closer. . The chop of the blades, heavy and sluggish. There was no way to hear anything other that the beat of the blades and the static of the pilot’s walkie talkie. . Then: we dive into the canyons. We are looking UP out of the heli at waterfalls hundreds of feet tall. The rain begins to fall inside the craft as we fly through a cloud. . at Wainiha, Hawaii

The calm needed to think clearly. The stillness that brings you back to the simple things that matter most. Motion creates emotion. Move your body within a peaceful environment and it often becomes the force needed for the mind to go in the direction the heart and mind both know is right. . . . . . . . . . . . . #backbackingvibes #explorethemountains #collectiveconsciousness #hikingculture #hikingtheglobe #mindsetreset #meditationspace #mindsetofgreatness #backcountrystyle #mountainmindset #exploreyourmind #adventureenthusiasts #naturemedicine #discover_earth #dailyview #viewseeker #adventure_culture #roamtheplanet #mindthemountains #theoutbound #explorewildly at Chester Lake (Alberta)

Can honour set to a leg? no: or an arm? no: or take away the grief of a wound? no. Honour hath no skill in surgery, then? no. What is honour? a word. What is in that word honour? what is that honour? air. A trim reckoning! Who hath it? he that died o' Wednesday. Doth he feel it? no. Doth he hear it? no. 'Tis insensible, then. Yea, to the dead. But will it not live with the living? no. Why? detraction will not suffer it. Therefore I'll none of it. Honour is a mere scutcheon: and so ends my catechism. Because its #nationalloveyourpetday and I am beyond grateful for our fur babies. Training Ella has been rough for sure but seeing the way her and Brody play together makes my heart so happy! Can't wait to take her with us on our hikes! 🐾 . Also I swear Rebel is a happy cat.. he just looks angry in pictures 😅

Canadiana. A photography and visual exhibition celebrating the hidden gems found across Canada. Located at the StFX Bloomfield Art Gallery from March 4th-14th, 2019. Presented by Nic Latulippe ///// Can't believe how unbelievably excited I am to show everyone some of my physical work mounted and displayed. I have so much to show that's never been published, and many pieces that have been published but haven't had a proper celebration. I can't expect a better place to do this on the StFX campus, surrounded by my friends that I now clam family. I encourage everyone to come visit, and can't wait to see everyone there. If you wanna win free prints check my story 👀 at StFX University

This is my entry for the @natgeo #natgeo100contest !! . . I have always been drawn to the beauty and raw power of nature. Being an adventurer brings the opportunity to experience parts of nature that I might not otherwise. During a women’s backpacking trip on Colorado’s Four Pass Loop, we experienced all kinds of weather. After a strenuous hike up and over Trail Rider Pass through rain and hail, which came after a night on the side of a mountain waiting out a storm, we arrived at a warm and sunny Snowmass Lake. Elated, we ate lunch and promptly fell asleep in our tents exhausted from the previous 24 hours. We awoke to this amazing sight. We watched in awe as the clouds swirled around the top of the mountain and the light turned from gray to pink to orange and finally disappeared into the night. at Colorado

The ad said 14 colours mountains. It keeps tourists busy counting, and complaining: "I could only see 8, maybe 9". . . There are more than 50 different RGB colors right there. Your dog could see it. ______________________________________________ #mindthemountains #earthoutdoors #neverstopexploring  #livetoexplore #getoutside #wanderlust  #solotraveller #travelstoke #roamtheplanet #escapeandwonder #worldnomads #humahuaca #hornocal #argentina🇦🇷 at El Hornocal - Humahuaca, Jujuy
