#flexin one last time before I check out for the weekend. Feeling happy with the #progress made both in my #offseason and with #prep. It hasn’t been without its ups and downs but it’s been worth fighting for! No matter what #direction I decide to head in, my #training remains #consistent. It’s the one constant in my life aside from my family. I can’t imagine a life without it or a life without learning more and progressing. I don’t see it as a chore, or something else to fit in to a busy life, or to offset other factors of life that may sabotage My progress. Its who I am and it’s what I do. 🤷🏼‍♀️. Hello friends, I hope that’s what you think of us. I opened this page to make new friends,and I feel that a munch of pictures doesn’t tell the whole story. So here are a few things you should know about me: 1. I’m a vegan for almost two years for health reasons (bad case of IBS) - but if your eat meat there isn’t judgement from my part. 1. When I was in my teens I used to be superstitious about wearing yellow 🤷🏻‍♀️ 2. I earned a degree in Accounting and Finance (I’m not crazy about spread sheets , but I like budgets) 5. I love nature, hiking, biking, canoeing, but camping ⛺️ isn’t my thing. 3. I’m obsessed with the smell of coconut 🌴🥥 and anything that comes from the coconut. 4. Since I can remember at a young age I suffered with depression and bad anxiety. I think that the lack of not knowing how to communicate my feelings was the problem. Now my depression seats in the passenger seat or in the back. 5. I put myself through college and worked a full time, and a part time job. 6. I’m not afraid to travel alone, that gives me the opportunity to force myself to talk to others people. Are there any similarities? Let me hear you below. at San Diego, California

Going into tonight my max squat was 185 x 1, well blew that OUT of the MF’in park and hit 225 for TWO singles FINALLY!!!! Literally has always been my dream to finally hit two plates. Max dead was 235 before tonight... SMASHED 260 for TWO singles!!! My first 260 was hands down my cleanest dead of the night but of course my go pro died as it started... @lesleyragesagainst seen it.. it really happened 😂 but no wraps and no belt for any lifts... and some minor weight screw ups 🙃😉 all in all such a good night of lifting at @renfrewstrength ! Felt amazing to fly past my PR’s and really push weights and really working on technique! First round of programming complete and I already know - this sport is for me 😍😍 at Renfrew Strength and Conditioning Center
