Guatape 🇨🇴 COLOMBIA. El peñón de Guatapé, o piedra del Peñol, es un monolito de 220 metros de altura localizado en Guatapé (Antioquia, Colombia) 🇨🇴 La piedra de El Peñol es una masa granítica, compuesta por cuarzo, feldespato y mica, fue escalada por primera vez en 16 de julio de 1954 por un habitante de la zona, Luis Eduardo Villegas López. Hasta ahora la piedra sigue perteneciendo a la familia Villegas .Actualmente se puede acceder a su cumbre subiendo 659 escalones construidos en el monolito. La despresurización es un relajamiento mecánico de una masa rocosa cristalina sepultada que posteriormente, por erosión, emerge. La pérdida de presión de confinamiento significa una caída de las fuerzas confinantes y como respuesta un incremento en el volumen de la masa ya descubierta, para que las fuerzas de distensión den el domo, como ejemplo el Pan de Azúcar en Río de Janeiro o la piedra de El Peñol en Guatapé (Antioquia). En 1988, en una alianza entre el dueño de la roca y el Alcalde de Guatapé, iniciaron en la roca la pintura con el nombre de GUATAPÉ; no obstante, debido a que la piedra fue durante un tiempo parte del territorio del Peñol y aún sigue siendo parte de su identidad, dicho municipio logró que se detuviera esto con la ley 23 de 1973, según la cual no se puede pintar ni tachar ningún lugar turístico natural. La piedra se ha convertido en un atractivo turístico del lugar, junto a la represa que la rodea. Miles de personas de todo el mundo han visitado el lugar. Volumen: 22 millones de m³, Densidad: 3000 kg/m³, con un total de 66 millones de toneladas. Perímetro: 770 m. Altura sobre el nivel del mar 2137 msnm. Composición: granito (cuarzo, feldespato y mica). Esta estructura rocosa hace parte del batolito antioqueño. Właściwie tylko to jezioro oddziela nas od ośrodka narciarskiego. Z niezwykłą przyjemność ją patrzymy codziennie rano i wieczorem na odbijające się Alpy Julijskie na zupełnie spokojnej tafli jeziora Bohnij. Uwielbiam takie obrazki. Do końca życia nie zapomnę odbijających się w blasku zachodzącego słońca solin trapańskich na Sycylii. A wracając do Słowenii. Pisałam już, że jej odwiedzenie, nie tylko przejazdem, było moim marzeniem od dawna. Kiedy po raz pierwszy jechałam na Bałkany, a jechaliśmy nocą, obudziłam się właśnie w Słowenii. Obudziłam się i zachwyciłam 💚💚💚💚 Przywitały mnie tu wysokie, potężne góry i zielone lasy. Taka mała Austria. Już wtedy postanowiłam sobie, że ten kraj zasługuje na jego głębsze poznanie 💚💚💚 A dziś wiem, że koniecznie musimy wrócić tu również latem. What I love the most about hostels: You always meet interesting people with different stories, who always end up becoming your friends. There is always something to do, as many hostels organize activities daily. You always learn something new, by sharing with other travelers: a new word in another language, cultures from other countries, etc. Drinking games 😂🍺 Tropicana was AMAZING! I wish I could've stayed longer... I had a lot of fun and met a lot of kind people, volunteers and travelers. The rooftop is so cool!
