Really wanted 10 on my amrap set but had to try my best to stick to the rpe especially for a deload. I think if I was doing a all out amrap I could get 11-12 but that would really be pushing it. To get through depression, drinking, prescription drug abuse, anger & guilt. - The road has had it's ups & it's downs, it's failures & it's triumphs, it's second thoughts & it's over comings, it's can not's & will do's. Today sucked and it is solely because my form broke down. 375 for what was supposed to be 5 in the first and second video. These were cake but my technique broke down about rep 4. Came back for a second attempt and did better up until the 5th rep. I got pissed, threw a tantrum, then sucked it up and finished the day knowing it's there and that I just need to work on the technical aspect of it. Found out after the fact that 2 of my 45s were actually 48lbs and not 45lbs. Not making excuses but the weight ended up a little over 380. . Well everything went decent today. Definitely underfed, work was busy and was in a pretty big deficit which I could blame my top set on but I think I didn't have the patience out of the bottom. 4x4 kinda 485, 495, 495(2 reps) dropped down to 480 and banged out 2 more and then 470.
