I love being able to reuse decorations over and over! All I had to buy were some paper napkins, and I got them on clearance at @target 😍😍😍 I am not a fan of paper plates. They are way too flimsy for me, so I just decided to use our regular kids plates that I also bought at #target for $.59 each! (Reg price)
Tonight‘s dinner is all about the kids and what they asked for. Heart shaped bacon, heart shaped egg casserole, and square waffles with sliced strawberries on top. We are keeping it super simple and inexpensive, yet fun!
I also just dipped some strawberries in melted chocolate chips and topped them with some sprinkles that I already had. Seriously, you just can’t get much cuter and cheaper than that!
(The little clear containers that the strawberries are in is something that I already owned. When my oldest was gluten-free and we went to birthday parties I would typically take her a gluten-free cupcake (make a batch of cupcakes and store in the freezer), and I would bring them in a cute little single cupcake container, purchased on Amazon.)
Anyways, try to make this day special for your kids! In reality, your kids care more about your love for them than they do your decorations! But decorations are always more fun! ❤️❤️❤️
