Who else struggles to get out their comfort zone?
Last week went massively out my comfort zone and did a 5K Park Run. To be clear, I don’t ever run (unless it’s to chase my kids), my only sports trainers are 20 years old and have been worn more when I’ve been decorating our houses over the years, than for doing actual sport! 🤦♀️ But I’ve been wanting to get fitter and have been thinking about it for a while. I’ve been following the Arbonne30 plan for about 5 weeks so the energy levels were super high. So when I woke up to a sunny day, my mum could watch the kids and James was going to come with me, I decided to go for it.
I was terrified but I went for it! I ran it in 34 minutes which apparently is good for a first run. The last kilometre was definitely all mind over matter. This is normally where I give up, but I been teaching myself to push on even when it’s tough and I don’t want to do it. I have to say the endorphins afterwards were amazing and never has a full English tasted soo good afterwards.! I love my comfort zone, it’s cosy and happy but I have to say life is more exciting out of it! So who else to struggles to push themselves out their comfort zone? What do you do to push yourself?
