No exercise today. Stayed home from work, had a family day with my wife and kids. Made a great meal for the holiday, and now sweating it out in the hottest f$&@ing bath ever. Sometimes we need to listen to our bodies and back door the internal voices. Totals for the week- 4.5 hours cardio (31 miles running) and 2.5 hours weightlifting. Keep working hard y’all.
I'm pretty sure Science has now proved that eating a chocolate bar this big is actually beneficial for your health, so long as it's Sunday evening and you're watching Disney, right...?
Week 11 started ok but ended up rough all round....
1. Hitting a season’s best & feeling strong
2. Resting tired legs
3. 10hr straight desking it hurts my face, mind, soul
4. Another long day spreadsheeting = RSI hand pain
5. Deaded at the desk
6. Trying to find my core & get back up off the floor
7. Relax, read, recover.
