I don’t work out to burn calories, I work out to build confidence.
I don’t work out to lose weight, I work out to reach my potential.
I don’t work out to punish myself, I work out bc I love myself.
As soon as we start viewing exercise as a way to make ourselves FEEL good rather than beating ourselves up, it becomes a heck of a lot more enjoyable AND more sustainable.
