Simple à mettre en place mais difficile à maintenir car nos petits démons se manifestent au quotidien et nous n'avons pas la science infuse ! . Sachez que pour qu'une routine soit mise en place, il faut de la volonté, de la régularité mais surtout la motivation d'entreprendre chaque jour ! . Se leggete una “sfilza” di ingredienti... beh EVITATE!!! Poche cose ma buone! E ancora meglio se fatte in casa🤙🏻 Ma ora passiamo alla ricetta!! . . CRÊPES ❌SENZA GLUTINE ❌SENZA UOVA ❌SENZA ZUCCHERO !! Con fragole e topping di cacao amaro🍓 . . ✏️Ingredienti : x2 -150 ml di latte (o latte vegetale) . -65g di farina di riso. -un pizzico di sale. -40 ml di olio extra vergine d’oliva. . . ✏️Procedimento: Unite in una ciotola la farina , l’olio e il sale e iniziate ad amalgamare con una frusta ; infine aggiungete a filo il latte fino ad ottenere un composto quasi liquido! Usate una padella antiaderente , fate scaldare un cucchiaino d’olio, eliminate l’eccesso e versate il composto ! Io ho condito con fragole , ho aggiunto il topping di cacao amaro+acqua e una spolverata di farina di cocco! . . Food and great company are the epitome of a wonderful vacation. And no matter how much we try to “stick to the diet”, it usually ends up in either avoiding temptation altogether (aka nibbling on carrot sticks while staring morosely at everyone else eating pasta carbonara) or saying “to hell with it” and eating everything in sight (aka diet is ruined anyway so I might as well eat whatever I want and feel guilty about it later). It doesn’t always have to be this way. It’s okay to indulge a bit during holidays, but being mindful of portions and doing some planning ahead could save your hard-earned weight loss efforts from a setback. Some do’s and don’ts for eating well on vacation: 1- Do pack some healthy snacks. Popped popcorn or small portions of raw nuts are portable and filling. 2- Don’t fill up your plate at the buffet more than once. Make up a plate that is 3/4 healthy choices like eggs and fruit and 1/4 anything else you like like a small donut or waffle. 3- Do try to avoid two consecutive indulgent meals. Have a light lunch in order to be able to have that nice steak for dinner. 4- Do stay active. Walk, swim or dance as much as possible. Fit is fun. 5- Do enjoy a day or two of not-so-healthy but tasty food in moderation. You won’t lose weight that week but you’ll make memories that last a lifetime.
