I pledged my #wishes & #love this morning at the Heavenly Queen Temple located in #Footscray, #Melbourne. The Heavenly #Queen, also known as #Mazu, Lin Mo Laing (A.D. 960-987) was born in MeiZhou Island in #FuJian province during the #SungDynasty in #China. At her birth, a brilliant light appeared in the northwestern sky, and the scent of perfume filled her home. She was given the name #Mo (silence) because as a newborn, she never cried. At her early age, she demonstrated great intelligence with photographic memory, #healing the sick and #helping the poor people. She also acquired the ability to predict the weather, saving many fishermen lives at sea. Although her #life was short, her intelligence and #lifesaving #legacy remained forever. After her death, people built a #temple on the #island at the spot where she ascended to #heaven and become immortal. This became the origin of all #HeavenlyQueen temples around the world. . This #Australia's largest Chinese temple includes a 15m statue of Mazu imported from #Nanjing, #China. Construction of the temple complex is slated to continue in #2019, with the main hall as captured here has been opened to public since 2015. . 2019/2/12〜14 赤十字水上安全法救助員Ⅰ養成講習 新2年生、3日間お疲れ様でした❗️ この講習を受けて、水辺の事故の防止、泳ぎの基本と自己保全、傷病者の救助及び応急手当をしっかり学べたと思います🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️ 水安を受ける前は、まとまりの無かった新2年生でしたが日にちが近くに連れ、全体での意識が高まり、最終的には良いチームになれていたと思います👍 講習中もパートナーができなかったり、間違っていたりするとバディ同士で教え合ったりしている姿が見え、良い雰囲気で講習を受けることが出来ました👏 4月からは新1年生が入ってきます。それまでLOCOとしての活動は少ないですが、ステキな先輩になれるよう頑張りましょう‼️ 講習会を運営してくださったインストラクターの方々、施設を使わせてもらった富士水泳場の方々、サポートしてくれた上級生のみなさま、有難うございました。 #水安 #loco #東海大学 #海洋学部 #ライフセービング #lifesaving #lifesaver #春から東海大学 at 静岡県富士水泳場

Rehab ✖ Prehab. Ibland får man ta det lugnt och ibland får man träna förebyggande för att kunna pressa sig själv. Just nu försöker jag få in 7-8 träningar i veckan. Måndag. Simmar på morgonen och gym på kvällen. Tisdag. Simmar på kvällen. Onsdag. Gym på kvällen. Torsdag. Simmar på kvällen. Fredag. Simmar vid lunch och gym på kvällen. Lördag/söndag. Ett simpass eller att HIT pass. Vissa dagar känner jag att jag har mer i mig. Andra tvärt om, men så länge kroppen hänger med försöker jag hålla 7-8 pass i veckan. at Stockholm, Sweden
