| C R A P | we all have it and I’m usually pretty weary of people who say they have none, except a few exceptions of people who have really worked through a lot of their stuff already, so they have nothing left to deal with- but those people are few and far between and usually have decades of experience and growth under their belt. (I’m talking older people) unless you’re like me and totally perfect (see the sarcasm there).
Me? Of course even Hypnotherapists and other healers have crap they’re working on too...I know Psychologists get the worst rep, but it’s why they’re so good and can connect to you, that’s because life is always about learning, growing and healing...and being a better person everyday; it’s about what’s important to you, it’s about what virtue you are working on this year is it more inner peace? Less stress? Less anxiety? Working through your fears? More sleep? The list goes on no one is perfect and going for help isn’t anything bad, it’s good! This stigma in healing really needs to end because it’s stopping you from becoming the best you can be.
The people that really concern me are people who I’ve encountered in my past who have not only liked to point the finger at others, treat others disrespectfully, but then claim themselves as never needing to heal, release or deal with anything and making excuses for their bad behaviour.
Well either you’ve never gone through pain and trauma, or one or the other, or both in your life which is unlikely, you’re either human or you’re not, or you really just believe your baggage really ain’t no shit and it doesn’t stink...but we can all smell it from a mile away. If you are acting in some pretty severe and extreme ways, it’s pretty much an indication you need help.
Mmmmm I’m not sure, you tell me friends what’s more dangerous; a person who owns their crap, is aware of it and manages it, or does something about it to heal, or a person that points the finger at others and claims they have none? 😏 haha .
