You know those days when you wake up feeling bloated and frumpy???? That was totally me this morning. But after working out I realized, nah, I'm good and still rocking some #gainz 💪🏻 especially in the legs. 😀
And while I usually do chest on Mondays I decided to change it up today. 😀💪🏻 Bring on #leggains
Leg circuit workout.
1️⃣ pistol squats
2️⃣ jump squats
3️⃣ lateral jump squats
4️⃣ around the world lunges using sliders
5️⃣ jump lunges
6️⃣ 50 single unders with jump rope.
Rest and then repeat as many times as you want. 😜 I did 5 sets. Now I can't walk. 🔥 🔥🔥
After doing pistols on Friday and hitting them again today, my legs felt rough. Still loved the workout though. -
