Another killer leg workout that had me dripping in sweat. Pretty much the same one just changed a few things. Soon I’ll be back to being able to lift heavy again and so excited. El front squat! Nuevamente hablandoles de estímulos para la pierna en este caso el cuadriceps, lo vemos con una fase de control execentrica, y les voy a explicar lo siguiente... por que excentrica lenta? Y por que no concentrica lenta? - Pare ojo y oreja y todos sus orificios, lo que va a ver aquí va a tumbar hasta a Maduro 😂😂🤣. Esta determinado que la fase excéntrica excéntrica es la que mas daño muscular genera en el tiempo bajo tension, sobre una fibra, el tiempo total bajo tension es la cantidad de tiempo que dura una repetición o una serie. La fase positiva o concentrica es una fase donde la fibra debe estimularse de manera elastico explosiva, para que las bandas Z colapsen y se rompa la miofibrilla, ohhhh si! Osea que hacerla lenta subiendo que genera si? Mas tiempo bajo tension, pero entorpece la potenciación de una fase explosiva, asi que cuando veo “hagala MTUT” 😒 el MTUT muy respetado por mi! Por que esos un gran metodo de alta intensidad. MTUT no es solo hacerlas lentas hay muchos protocolos, y todos se casan con 5 excentricas 5 concentricas y 5 cajas explosivas... es mas que eso. - En el caso de las fases excentricas cuando busco daño muscular, mi predominio siempre va ser la tension durante esa fase, si usted busca ganancias en calidad ahorrese trabajo, dias, años de entrenamiento, usted puede avanzar mas rapido, y salir de ese estancamiento, si entrena bien... Yo crei que entrenaba bien... hasta que empece a leer literatura de verdad... no el libro de pancho villa que tiene ejericicos Chidos Wheyy 😂😂😂, libros de academia papi... - se preguntaran “ Y este mk de donde salio?” Todos estos años estuve guardados, estudiando, capacitándome, entrenando, aplicando, cometiendo errores... lo que usted ve hoy es fruto de ese proceso... - Y mejor para q no tenga que buscar aca le tengo la información... Leg day is my favorite! Has always been which is a good thing because the workout program I did totally demolished my legs! I was a sweaty heap of a mess by the end of the program. I can NOT wait until the full version of the program hits BOD this Monday!

So lately my motivation to workout has been little to none. As much as I love being home I’m ready to go back to school to have a routine again and have a gym to lift heavy💪🏻 today I was feeling motivated so pushed out a quick little workout that had me sweating (also could have been the fact that my room is hellla hot🙄) anyways it was super simple little to none equipment needed. 15-20 reps for 3 sets of reverse lunges, reverse lunge with leg lift, kick backs, Romain deadlifts, and chair squats.
