Hey fellows! I quit smoking on Oct 8! And if it had not been hard enough, I have also continuously increased weight on the scale (5-6 kg in a few weeks). In fact, at the same time I started to work out again and did not always know if the weight was fat, water or muscle. Nevertheless, I had to widen my belt by 4 holes again.
After Christmas I decided to eat "clean keto" for a while. I have been a big fan of Simply Keto from the beginning of my journey. There is a challenge called 30 Days Simply Keto Challeng, which is offered for free and it is all about very nice ketogenic food! (Strict carbs, moderate proteins, no dairy, no snacking,...)
After only 13 days in the challenge my belt fits in the last hole again! Weight: 75 kg (8 more than in summer).
I just want to say two things:
1. The scale is not very descriptive of how fit you are / how much you lose in fat. For example, I always store a lot of water after a hard workout. Sometimes it can happen that I weigh 3-4 kg more than the day before after a workout. Especially if you do a lot of workouts the scale is the worst tool to measure progress.
2. Many thanks to @simply_keto for getting me into shape again!🖤
