I have been trying out a new protein because face it, after working out is there really anything better than a chocolate milk? I say no. So I’ve been searching for a protein that mixes easily and taste great. Solid 10/10 for @ancientnutrition. It also has so much goodness in one scoop! No, I don’t take protein to bulk up but I use it to help my muscles recover. I’ve also seen a difference in my digestion! Sometimes after working out with an intense workout I’m STARVING the rest of the day. This has helped keep my hunger to a normal level without feeling completely bloated.
BUT before you go out and simply buy whatever someone told you to buy on Instagram, do your research! Figure out fitness goals and find the right protein for you. We’re all different, so are all the options out there! Tell me what you’ve been liking recently 💪🏻

I have struggled for years and months at a time and I have flipped flop and been on the wagon off the wagon more times than I can count but yet here i am again starting this journey which I am hoping to be a successful weight loss one!
It's a daily struggle because at the end of it all I LOVE FOOD!! So it's hard to give up and I realize I need to stop telling myself Yes. I'm Fat but I'm not THAT FAT!! What is NOT THAT FAT anyways?? So here I go again! Trying to stay focus and trying to be accountable which brings me back to this IG page because I want to be accountable. I dont want to talk the talk I want to walk the walk!

The household's first attempt to make a bone broth.
Pressure cooked some beef bone marrow and bones for 3 hours in a pressure cooker to produce these bad boys. They didn't turn into gelatin, so probably needed some more cartilage & longer cooking time.
The fam will get it right next time yolo!!!

I used shirataki noodles, and put in some shredded leftover chicken thigh and seasoned it up with some Indian spices as well as coconut curry @justpruvit bone broth, and some fresh cilantro! at Sauk City, Wisconsin

Yesterday I was diagnosed with strep and a sinus infection 😣 all I wanted was hot soup but I could not figure out what soup to eat (other than broth) that would still be low carb.
