Talking to clients about changing their methods is always hard especially if some are very set minded.
Talking to some and I get answer a lot...
"I've tried numerous diets & coach's nothing works for me". I said you know why, because you still think, feel & act the same way, so you're the same person.
Now how we think & how feel creates our future.
This is why we need to tackle first.
We need to disrupt his current cycle, as his body & mind is in autopilot, running the same programme, having the same day over & over again.
This will lead to the same behaviors which then will lead to the same results & the same emotions day in day out.
You can add any diet, any training protocol on top of the current YOU, it simply won't work, or it will create superficial change, but then at some point, you will self-sabotage & fall back.
So my first tasks with my client today will be analysing is whole day.
Analysing his current thoughts, beliefs & perceptions.
Taking a look at his current habits.
Creating a strategy & giving him clarity on what to do each day.
Then setting him daily goals & weekly targets.
Setting up a food & training plan for phase 1.
Now by doing it this way & not solely focusing on just a diet & training plan, he will be fully invested in the programme, as we are not after just surface level change, we are after a full life transformation.
