Sunday Swingset Workout
Adapted from the @jillfit #physiqueweek Back in Action workout #day6 - 10 renegade rows, 10 walking lunges, 20 jump lunges. AMRAP 15 mins.
It's too beautiful today to spend time indoors working out and the kiddos got to workout too 🥰. I did 10 reverse lunges pushing the swing forward to lower, 10 swing fallouts (cuz my Swingset isn't sturdy enough for rows!), and jump lunges.
