S I M P L I F Y
Why not have a little dessert for breakfast? 🤩Literally took a bite of these oats and said, "Omg, what could be better?!" Chocolate, peanut butter and bananas... it's that simple! 😋🤤 I've been thinking about simplifying lately... it's an interesting season. One where I feel God leading me to hone in on what is truly fruitful in my life, where my energy is best spent (because it's my greatest commodity!) and even the things that i need to let go of because they've just been distractions from the real deal. You know what i mean... time killers that keep you from focusing, space fillers that just keep you busy, relationships that do nothing but drain. One thing I've had to face is that part of me has been running from pain. Trying to avoid it at all costs by being busy doing ALL the things but not doing any of them well. So it's time to simplify. Let myself be quiet. Allow the space and the silence, and see what I can create from that! .

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATS
- My usual cauli-oats recipe (from a few posts back)
- Add in dark chocolate cocoa powder instead of the spices
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla @questnutrition protein powder
- Top with semisweet chocolate chips, banana and @pb2foods peanut butter (pretty thinned out so it would spread! 😋) Love you guys!! Happy, happy Presidents Day!!!!
