Happy Monday everyone! Back to my regular training regimen today meaning no fasted cardio this morning!! I had a glute focused leg day today but wanted to share some of my favorite post leg stretches for flexibility and mobility. I’m guilty of being pretty rubbish about streching so it has been a goal of mine to not skip it🤦🏽♀️ I am sure a lot of you can relate to skipping recovery but we can’t leave it out! In order to make the gains we have to make sure our muscles are getting the attention they need! These stretches I usually hold for about 15 seconds each and on the last one I go 15 rotations right and 15 rotations left! Swipe to see some stretchessss🤗➡️
I had a hard time wanting to work out today. 😩 but I put my big girl pants on and did it, even if my toddler was climbing on my back, tearing the house apart, and ate a whole box of applesauce. 😜 I got it done. It's Friday and I'm so ready to spend the weekend with my cute little family!!
Awwwe💗 - the inside of the fridge is a damn beautiful sight😂 .
But f'reals- I'm all for putting in the work to be physically fit, but it's just as important to work on your inner beauty💕 .
They say beauty is only skin deep💁but I think some of the most beautiful people are so because of the positivity and light they have inside them, and conversely, hate in the heart can turn one ugly .
Just a lil reminder that personal and character development work should be worked on just like the work done in the gym💪🙌
