Day 33 - Day 1 of insanity (the workout) and I always forget how tiring and challenging it is. I was trying to avoid it, due to the strain it has on my knees, but I guess my choices up to now haven't been great so now I have to really challenge my body and try to do insanity and gym in the same day, multiple times a week. Insanirt has been very effective for me in the past and I hope it remains that way. Again, as with everything, if you push yourself too much you'll get injuries pretty quickly. Day 26. Circuit and HIIT. . Brought the two together to create one vile workout today. Can confirm, it was vile. . Kept the rowing + thruster circuit in so I could compare my fitness to last week and can say I felt a lot better! Managed to flow through with little to no rest and without blowing out my backside too much! . Added the HIIT work in at the end which was a rough customer, repetitive rounds of 40 secs per exercise. Nasty stuff. . **Give it a go!** <<40 sec on, 10 off>> ×× Twice over a 3 exercise round before a full rest and repeating twice more ×× ~ • KB Deadlift • Side Steps • Plyo Squats ~ • TRX Row • Ball Slam • Jump Lunges

I accomplished a great feat with my #HeatTraining today! It’s not that I ran faster or longer. Nope 👎. It’s that I didn’t upchuck 🤮 my lunch! I seriously do not know how people eat before working out. Like, how do you not hurl? I will definitely not be doing that again!
