61- Meet your neighbors.
I no longer live in that house but I still have good memories of my neighbor living behind that door. It is a funny story, one of those that make you realize how small the world is. I met her in one of the rare occasions I took the elevator, which mostly consisted of those after doing grocery shopping and having heavy bags to carry. While being in that tiny space together we started a conversation, the classic questions: “where are you from? what are you doing here in Milan?” and by simply telling here my tiny hometown name, I saw a huge smile appear on her face. She then explained that she is a huge fan, probably the number one, of a band of the 80s that is from my city. I had heard of this band sometimes, they have grown up as well and times have changed. Everytime I go back home, I think that if I ever came across one of the members of the band, I would tell him that, to this day, they have an incredible fan, living in a cute apartment in Milan, who has all their albums, and listens to them, and sings loudly all their songs (I can confirm!!). at Milan, Italy
